Nigerian-British Chamber Launches NBCC-DCSL MSME Centre in Lagos

The Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce has launched the NBCC-DCSL MSME Centre with a view to strengthening the capacity of small businesses in Nigeria.
The DCSL-MSME Centre is a partnership between the Chamber and the DCSL Corporate Services Limited to enable small business owners to have access to funding, market information, training and other support services, according to the NBCC.

The Centre, which will be managed by DCSL is expected to strengthen business advisory and regulatory compliance, facilitate access to fund, provide support in the areas of taxation, governance, book keeping, immigration, business plan, secretarial, management, company incorporation and other key areas.

Lagos State & City of Paynesville Sign MoU on 100 Resilience Cities Projects

Lagos State Government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with City of Paynesville in Liberia to facilitate completion of 100 Resilience Cities Projects, aimed at assisting cities in addressing 21st century challenges.

The state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, who signed the agreement on behalf of the state after receiving Lagos Certificate of Admission as one of the 100 Resilient Cities (100RC) in the world, said that the partnership and network would open the state to projects that could be adapted to improve standard of living in the state.

Save The Children International Signs MoU with Lagos State to Improve Child Healthcare

Save the Children International has signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lagos State Government, to ensure children under the age of five have access to quality healthcare, especially children living with diarrhea in reducing rate of child mortality, especially of children under five.
