The ECOWAS Commission and the Tony Elumelu Foundation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for collaboration to strengthen both institutions’ efforts in supporting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as well as promoting entrepreneurship and wealth creation in the ECOWAS region.
